I began working at Hearing Check in 2017 as Practice
Manager. Since then my role has considerably changed as I undertook the FdSC Audiology degree at Anglia Ruskin University and completed this with a merit. You can mainly find me at the Fulwood Practice but you may have also seen me in the Halifax clinics too.
How long have you been with the company?
I have been with the company since 2017 but worked with Simon in his previous audiology roles.
What makes you want to come to work?
I like helping people, so giving the gift of hearing and seeing the patients smile always makes my day!
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy how every day is different. I enjoy meeting new people and we have some long-standing patients here, so its always nice to see a familiar face call in.
We are a close small team of staff here at Hearing Check and we all work well together to help each other and keep the practice running as efficiently as it possibly can.
How do you help make your customers smile?
I like to treat each patient that I see as an individual by making my appointments friendly, engaging and informative. I know how apprehensive patients can feel when they first make an appointment, but what makes me smile is when they leave they comment on how helpful the appointment was and how at ease they felt.
