How long have you been with the company?

I recently started in April 2023, the whole team have been so welcoming and put me at ease on starting my new adventure. Since starting in the practice, I have become familiar with regular patients and feel like I have
settled in extremely well. 

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Assisting our patients is the most enjoyable part of my job, whether this is providing them with technical support over the phone or in practice, or booking them an appointment at short notice, hearing the relief in their voices that they know their problem has been resolved is extremely satisfying. Seeing patients leave the practice with a smile on their faces knowing they can hear and knowing that they won’t be asking family and friends to repeat themselves numerous times before they just agree in the conversation.  Being part of such a lovely team really does make you feel a valued member.  

How do you help make your customers smile?

I help make customers smile by providing them with a warm welcoming smile as soon as they arrive at a practice. As I am part of the front-of-house team I often spend time throughout my day speaking to patients and putting them at ease, sometimes having a conversation about their favourite biscuits, the good old British weather or their plans at the weekend really does help people to relax. 

What makes you want to come to work?

Seeing the positive feedback from patient’s experience online makes me want to be part of this, meeting and greeting existing or new patients and providing them a fantastic experience makes me want to keep coming back. Also, the sweet treats from patients and staff also plays just a very small part 😉.
