How long have you been with the company?
This is my first time working in Audiology, and I enjoy learning more daily. I’ve loved joining such a welcoming team.
How do you help make your customers smile?
I always go the extra mile to make sure our patients feel listened to, cared for, and supported when speaking with them. Whether booking our patients a last-minute appointment when they’re struggling, or reorganising appointments to suit their needs, I always ensure that people feel at ease and reassured that we can help them with their problems.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Everyone here will go above and beyond to ensure we can help people and this is a wonderful atmosphere to work in. I enjoy the variety of my role and learning more about the industry through the administration and marketing side of my work. I also really enjoy setting up hearing aids and getting them ready for patients.
